Madeira Beach is located on Florida's Sun Coast, between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There is a trolley that runs along Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach facilitating travel to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.

Two International Airports are within a 30-minute drive: Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Clearwater-St Petersburg Int'l Airport (PIE). Convenient airport shttle service directly to Ocean Sands is available.
