it all!! We Just re-decorated our place in May 2007. You will love

sand and beach. Miles of uncrowded beach in each direction in Maalea
Bay. Whale watching (early months of year) and the fabulous sunsets
await you. Only steps to the pool. Only 9 miles from the airport.

Our home has never been smoked in and you won't have to smell it.
For us, we have our unit decorated with that extra touch, and of
course, for our guests!!

600 sq ft. fully furnished with everything you could need. Kitchen
has microwave, built-ins, dishwasher, coffemaker, completly
stocked,etc. New queen size bed and furnishings in the bedroom w/TV
and ceiling fan. Full size bathroom. Living room has ceiling fan,
love seat and convertible queen size couch, stereo, NEW TV and
VCR/DVD combination. TV's are on cable. Unit has a brand new quiet
air conditioner. Telephone with answer machine. Completely stocked
with linens/towels, beach towels, etc. Complex has new barbecues on
the front grass lanai with lounges by the beach. Outside shower at
the beach for the sand. All you need to bring are your clothes, golf
bag and snorkeling gear!! There is a laundry room on site. Managers
(Joe and April O'Donnell), live on the property to assist you with
everything and anything you may need. Wireless internet available.

Snorkeling, whale watching right off the beach (during early months
of the year). Un-believable sunsets. Golf is just 2 miles away at
Silversword Golf Course on the Piilani Road to Wailea. If you want
to eat out, fabulous restaurants and shops within minutes to Kihei
and the fabulous hotels, shops and golf courses (Gold, Emerald and
Makhena courses)in Wailea is just 5 miles further South. Lahaina is
North/West up the coast about 30 minutes away and another 5 minutes
further is Kapalua. If it is nightlife you want, there is plenty in
Kihei,Wailea and Lahaina. Surfing/windsurfing/parasailing/
bicycling/ and a multitude of excursions awaits you.....For
