May 1 -September 30: $450.00 weekend, $800 week (Monday through Sunday), $2,600 per month
October 1-April 30: $475 weekend, $900 week, $2,800 per month
A damage deposit is required by all renters and is returned by mail the day after checkout after
inspection of the premises.
