Vacation Rental Description

Luxury Ocean Front Beach House!!! Nothing like this on the beach for rent.  This private home is now  
being offered for the first time for select rental periods by the owners.  New construction of this  
three story home offers a guest suite with full kitchen private from the rest of the house,  
including game room and full bathroom.   
High end appliances and decorater finished, this home is a dream.  Wake up to sunrises and coffee on  
the deck.   
Our family loves to search for sharks teeth amidst the thousands of shells on this beach and we  
participate in the turtle partol each summer for the turtle nests, which are usually right in front  
of our house.  You can also search for crabs at night with a flashlight.   
Just three miles north of the Vilano bridge into St. Augustine, this home is perfect to get away, or  
drive to Orlando for the day.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have fully furnished this home with flat screen TV's, professionally installed surround sound, a  
large flat screen on the main floor that lifts up and down in the TV cabinet, World renowned local  
artist Barry Barnett artwork hangs through out the home.  The TV on the main floor has a state of  
the art surround sound system and the TV actually goes up and down in a TV cabinet to reveal three  
pieces of artwork behind it by Barry Barnett. 
BeachWalk club house with pool and Tennis courts across the street.  Bicycles and surfboards for  
guests use. 
Make yourself at home.  Easily accomodates two or more families with privacy.  We have great crab  
boils on the deck and get shrimp and crabs from local fishermen in the afternoon when they come in.   
We will leave you their phone numbers!!  Local Farmers markets on Wednesday and Saturday nearby.  
Just bring your sunscreen.  We have everything you need here for the best vacation. 
The pool is located directly across the street at the BeachWalk club house adjacent to the tennis  
courts.  The beach is a walking only beach, no cars allowed. 
Bedroom configuration:  First floor:  separate suite with a full kitchen and bathroom, queen size  
murphy bed with a queen size sofa bed. 
Second floor:  kitchen, dining and living room with one bedroom with two twin beds. 
Third floor:  Three bedrooms, one king bed, one queen bed, one full size bed. 
 
Internet Access available thru DSL.  

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, Bicycles on site, parasailing nearby, jet skiing nearby, running over the Vilano Bridge and  
walking in downtown St. Augustine.  Guana Preserve National Park is just north of the property and  
offers canoes, hiking and natural seminars.  Community Playground about one half mile down the  
street for the kids.  There is a beautiful park with a carosel and playground

south of the Serenata Beach Club.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary according to season.  April-September $3,500-$4,200 per week, not including holidays  
which will be quoted on an as available basis. 
Minimum Three night stay.  Daily rates available. 
Security Deposit: $500.00. No refunds for cancellations 
Cleaning Fee: $175.00 for up to 10 people, additional $25.00 per person over 10 people. Cleaning  
fees as charged on an hourly basis, so if you would like to tidy up a little yourself, every lit bit  
helps in the cleaning charges. 
Fall and Winter Rates: *please call or email for daily or weekly fall and winter rates*  
__________per week, monthly or quarterly rates are also available. 
Rentals are made to adults 21 and over only 
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.  Deposit will be forfeited and additional fees will be applied if  
violation of smoking or pets are found. 
 
Swimming in the ocean is at your own risk.  Please be aware of currents and harmful creatures of the  
sea.
