Wicker furnished master bedroom has queen bed, TV, and attached full
bath w/ private lavatory area. Contemporary furnished second bedroom
has a daybed which acts nicely as a sitting area or pulls out to
make either a king sized bed or two twins(both types of bedding
supplied) and has a full bath adjacent. Dining area is furnished
with table/six chairs/buffet. Living area has bamboo upholstered
furniture/ entertainment center / 27'' tv(cable). Kitchen has new
appliances (side by side, ceramic top stove/dishwasher microwave)
and other small appliances as well as basic necessities. Both
bathrooms are equipped with tub & shower (one with grab bar).
Bedrooms and living/dining areas carpeted. All others ceramic. There
is a screened lanai. This unit has everything you will need to be
comfortable. Just bring your clothes and personal items.

All utilities are included (except telephone service). Pool, tennis
courts, clubhouse, docks, coin laundry facility, private parking
space all on site.

There is a yacht club w/marina and restaurant within 5 minute walk,
and two additonal restaurants and marina in a ten minute walk.
Numerous shops,restaurants,health club, stores (grocery, drug, and
discount) within a 5 minute drive. Two golf courses within five
miles. Beach/conservation area two miles. There are two shopping
malls and numerous flea markets within a half hour drive. This is an
upscale/secure area. If you enjoy having a relativly safe area to
walk/run/bike, you will love this. All the fun and none of the
hustle/bustle of the big cities unless/when you want it.
