The Yosemite Country Cottage is a charming, new, custom built vacation 
home. It is conveniently located near Yosemite National Park in
Historic Midpines, approximately 9 miles east of the town of
Mariposa. The Yosemite Country Cottage was completed in the spring
of 2006.
Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, the Yosemite Country
Cottage has three bedrooms that sleep six - all with new
mattresses/box springs, hand sewn Country quilts, Berber carpeting
and adjacent tiled bathrooms.
The Master bedroom features a California King size solid oak sleigh
bed. The Master bathroom has a separate vanity area and is
wheelchair accessible, equipped with assist bars and a tiled roll-in
shower with built-in tile bench. The other 2 bedrooms are
beautifully decorated also in a Country Cottage theme, each with
Queen beds.
The second full bathroom, located between these bedrooms has a
tub/shower combo.
The large full amenity Kitchen has new appliances, counter tops
and cabinetry. It is fully equipped for the gourmet cook and
includes all the conveniences for the vacationing cook.
The highlight of the Living room is a large River Rock wall
surrounding the gas fireplace for cozy evenings. All Living room
furnishings are new, including an entertainment center with
satellite TV, a surround sound home theater system, FM/DVD/CD
player, and USB and A/V jacks on the front of the TV. The fully
furnished Dining room is open to the Kitchen and the Living room.
Outside amenities include a electric start Gas Barbecue and private Hot Tub, ideal for relaxing. Incredible Star Gazing or Moon glow under unbelievable night skies, away from city lights. There is a covered front and back porch to
enjoy views of the surrounding Sierra Nevada Foothills. RV parking
with water and electrical hook-up is available.

plan is ideal for socializing and relaxing. Sitting a top a
hillside on 13 privately owned acres, the Country Cottage offers
privacy, quiet surroundings and fantastic views. Leave the crowds,

The Yosemite Country Cottage is conveniently located near Yosemite
National Park and offers a variety of activities for all seasons.
There is easy access to two nearby park entrances, Arch Rock
Entrance Station on Highway 140 along the Wild and Scenic Merced
River Canyon, or the South Entrance Station along Highway 41 on the
way to the majestic Giant Sequoias.

The Historic Gold town of Mariposa with the California State Mineral & Gem 
Exhibit and surrounding Gold Country with it's quaint shops. Wine
tasting from the local Vineyards, and Historic museums are also
in town.
The managing owners have lived and worked in the Yosemite area for 30 years. Charles, a professional guide, will be happy to help
you plan your itinerary with special recommendations to get the most
out of your stay.

Everything in the Yosemite Country Cottage is new. Amenities
include a Gas fireplace with blower, private Hot Tub with incredible
Star Gazing, and electric start Gas BBQ.
Full amenity Kitchen with new appliances including: Coffee maker, Espresso Maker,
French coffee Press, Coffee Grinder, built in Microwave, Spice Rack,
Salt shaker/Pepper grinder, Cutlery, Lots of Pots/Pans/Baking dishes, Blender,

18 cu.ft. Refrigerator with automatic Ice maker,
Toaster, Dishwasher, Kitchen towels.
Washer/Dryer, High efficiency Central Heat and Air conditioning.

All bed linens (including pillows and blankets), Towels (both Spa and Bath), and
all paper and soap products provided for everything through out the Cottage.

Satellite TV, surround sound home theater system, FM/DVD/CD player,
Ceiling fans in all rooms, Clock/Radios in all bedrooms, Telephone,
games. Baby and small children items; (Crib,
Highchair, Toys,
Books, DVD's etc...) all available upon request.
 
RV parking with water and 50 AMP electrical hook-up available.
No Smoking in or outside the Cottage or on the property /
premises anywhere; we do not rent to smokers.

There are activities for all seasons and all interests. Yosemite
National Park is nearby and the Merced River is only minutes away.
Depending on the season the following activities are available:

Great Wine Tasting available at near by Local Wineries/Vineyards.
Acclaimed Storytelling Festival in March, Local Wine Tasting Festival in June, "Music On The Green" every Saturday night in the summer months.

California State Mineral & Gem Exhibit in Mariposa. Fly Fishing Guide Service; half or full day, beginners to experts welcome. Horseshoe set at the Cottage,
Whitewater rafting, Kayaking, swimming, Fishing, Hiking, Biking,
Rock climbing, Wildlife viewing, Golfing, Tennis, Downhill and
Cross Country skiing, Snow boarding, Tubing and Sledding,
Snowshoeing, Ice Skating, Shopping, Gold Country History Museums,
Gambling, Photography, Horseback Riding, Personal Guided tours,
Wildflower viewing, and Automobile sightseeing.

Off season base rate:
$135.00 / Night for 2 people until April 1, 2010 except Holidays.

$160.00 / Night for 3 people until April 1, 2010 except Holidays.

In season base rate:
$185.00 / Night for 4 people between April 1, to October 15, 2010

11% combined Tax & Assessment added only to nightly rate.

2 to 5 night minimum; Please inquire!

$25.00 for each additional person; (6 people maximum).
$90.00 nontaxable Cleaning Fee.
$250.00 Refundable Deposit due at booking of a reservation.
