Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully decorated townhouse is located in desirable South 
Palm Springs, in the gated community of Canyon West Estates.

The lower level is completely tiled in off-white and flows from the 
entry through the stepdown living room and out into the patio. The 
living room is furnished in traditional modern style with a gas 
fireplace, and a TV/VCR/DVD. The kitchen has been newly renovated 
with new cabinets and granite countertops amd is fully equiped with 
modern appliances. It has an open view of the dining room, living 
room and patio. The private patio is in a green belt, park like 
setting with a BBQ, chaise, unbrella, table and chairs. There is a 
separate laundry room.

The upper level features a large master bedroom furnished in solid 
rosewood furniture with a California King bed, a gas fireplace, a 
wet bar, a TV/VCR, and has beautiful mountain views from the 
adjoining balcony. The guest bedroom has its own bath and is 
beautifully decorated in light ash furniture with a queen size bed, 
and a TV.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to enjoying the nearly 325 days of sunshine, activities 
within Canyon West Estates include swimming, tennis, jacuzzi, sauna 
and a gym. Excellent shopping can be found in the surrounding 
communities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and 
Cathedral City. A wide variety of sport activities in the area 
include golfing, hiking, biking etc. Great restaurants such as Le 
Valurise, Roys, or Flemmings is worth a try. Visit the scenic Indian 
Canyons, Casinos, or the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, the worlds 
largest single-span lift, transporting riders via cable car from the 
desert floor to an elevation of 8,516 feet and a mountain station 
with a gift shop, cocktail lounge, snack bar and spectacular views.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please note: Minimum rental period is 30 days. Available during 
the Palm Springs high season...December thru April.
One month rental is $2,850.00 per month. Possible discount for 
longer rental period of two months or more.
Security Deposit $500. Cleaning fee $85
