unit townhouse complex with a swimming pool. Protect your vehicle or
motorcycle inside the attached single car garage. The garage has a
washer/dryer and a tub sink with hose to rinse off the sand. Newly
renovated with new furniture with a Caribbean beach style decor.

Beautiful unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 1st
bedroom and the balcony. This bedroom is furnished with a new Queen
size bed, TV with remote. The private bath has a full size bath tub.
Second bedroom is furnished with a daybed with trundle that
accommodates 2 people. Bathroom has walk-in shower with shower seat.
Gorgeous view of Ocean from the downstairs patio. The living
room/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa, 27" TV with remote,
cableTV, DVD/VCR player, local phone service, and answering machine.
The kitchen comes with all the dishes, glassware, utensils and
kitchen items such as toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, and
refrigerator/icemaker. New central air/heat with ceiling fans in all
rooms. All linens and towels included. Beach chairs, toys, and
umbrellas available.
Townhouse was entirely remodeled, including new furniture. I want
you to have an enjoyable experience at Daytona Beach/Ormond and
expect to see you and your friends again. Take a stroll on the
beach, enjoy a swim in the pool, and relax on the balcony
overlooking the ocean. No driving on the beach allows you to relax

Rates in US Funds
A security deposit is required to lock the dates ($200.00 on weekly
stays and $500.00 on monthly). Remaining full payment is due 60
days prior to vacation date (90 Days for special events).
Full refund of entire security deposit if you cancel more than 60
days prior to the first date of your reservation (90 days prior for
special events). Under 60 days, I will refund the security deposit
and payment if I am able to rent the unit for your reservation date,
90 days notice applies to special events (Bike Week, Speed Weeks,
etc).
Weekly rates from Saturday thru Saturday unless preapproved.
Check In 3:00PM and Check Out 10:00AM (I am flexible)
No Smoking or Pets. Please abide by the townhouse regulations. Cost
for any damages and missing items from the unit will be deducted
from the security deposit. Need calling card for long distance
calls. A $60 Cleaning Fee and 12.5% Florida Tax will be added to all
rentals.
