$500 Fully refundable deposit due with return of rental application:
The full rental is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
30 day cancellation policy (Note that monies will be refunded if we
can secure new rental replacement)

$100 Cleaning Fee. This is a fixed rate and in addtion to rent and
taxes. This will be subtracted from Deposit.

Rate above is for 4 adults and up to 2 children.
Additional fees of $100 per adult $100 per child extra each week.
No additional charge for children under 6.

Pets $50+

Utilities are included for all lengths of stays.
