Waterfront, Ocean View, Bay View, Mountain View

On the Water!  The waters of the Hawaiian Islands' largest bay, Kaneohe Bay, come into the back yard of the estate.  The Ko'olau Mountain range forms a backdrop for the bay. The full 180-degree view is seen from both of the home's lanais, 3 of the 4 master bedrooms and all 4 living rooms.

The Aloha Paradise estate is a 7300 sq. ft. private home located on 1/3 acre of tropically landscaped yard that overlooks the full 180-degree view of the mountains and the water.  The owner lives on the first floor of the house.  There are 2 "suites" or "apartments" on the second floor and 2 more on the third floor.  Altogether the house can sleep between 2 to 24-26 guests.

Rent one apartment (2 or 3 bedrooms) or rent the entire house (10 bedrooms)!

Where ever you are in the house you can enjoy an early morning sunrise or some spectacular sunsets over the mountsins where the film, Jurassic Park, was filmed.  The photos you see were taken from the lanais and the back yard.  The comment I hear most often when guests arrive is, "Your photos simply don't do justice to the views". 

Kayaking

Launch the two 2-person kayaks from the back yard of the house.  Paddle out to Coconut Island where the t.v. show, Gilligan's Island, was filmed.  Around the shoreline of Kaneohe Bay, going out for about 50 feet, the water is only knee to waist deep.  On calm days it is easy to see the bay's seabed, the corals, the fish and various other marine life.  You may also swim, snorkel and fish in the bay.

The back yard is landscaped with tropical plants and we offer fresh from the garden, coconuts, papayas and passion fruit when in season. 

Tranquility

Awaken to the cooing of doves and the rustle of the wind in the coconut palms and the bamboo grove.  Relax on the lanai and enjoy the serenity of paradise on the water.  The location of the house, near 3 major "highways" makes the drive to the airport, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu and Waikiki just 20-25 minutes.  While easy to get around, you will always be glad to "come home" to the serenity that nature provides.

Beaches

Kailua Beach, a 3 mile long, white sand beach on Oahu's east coast is just a 7 minute drive from the estate.  Rated as the best beach in the country, this beach is safe for swimmers of all ages.  Enjoy an early morning stroll to watch the sunrise or an evening stroll to see the full moon rise over the horizon.  Also, it's a great beach for boogie boarding, kayaking, kite sufing, wind surfing and paddle boarding.  We provide the boogie boards, beach chairs, mats, towels, umbrellas, coolers and toys.

Golf, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Ecotours, theme parks, temples, cruises on the bay, cultural attractions, Olympic size swimming pools, tennis and historical attractions.

Way too much to see and do, even in a full month on Oahu!

people staying and the amount of space they wish to reserve.

Also due will be Hawaii taxes of 12.96%, $160 cleaning fee per unit.  Cleaning fees for more than one unit vary--ask.
