This two story, three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, townhouse style
condominium is exceptionally clean, comfortably furnished and fully
equipped with everything (including Verizon DSL and wireless
internet) you need for a wonderful holiday!We also have a one story vacation rental condo at Black Lake Golf Resort, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Just 15 minutes south of Pismo Beach, Blacklake Golf Resort is
conveniently located on the Central Coast between San Luis Obispo
and Santa Barbara. In addition to Blacklake and other nearby golf
courses, there is a wide variety of interesting day trips, including
trips to the picturesque Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, wineries,
shopping, deep-sea fishing, and more.

Blacklake Golf Resort is located in a beautiful and quiet rural
area. It is serene and naturally landscaped. Many of our guests
return for a holiday each year.

This condo has a full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher,
television in living room and master bedroom, wireless internet,
VCR, DVD, stereo with CD and cassette, washer and dryer, propane bbq.

We provide everything you need for your stay - whether it is three
nights or a month.

As our guests, you may use the private Blacklake Swim Club,
with swimming pool heated year around and spa.

For our guests, Blacklake and Avila Beach Golf Resorts offer reduced
rates for golf - Blacklake is $55 and Avila is $65 per person, seven days a week, including cart and bucket of range balls!

There are about 15 other golf courses within an hour's drive of
Blacklake Golf Resort.

Also, there are activities for every interest in the area - the
weather is great year around. Our guests enjoy outdoor activities
all year.

Rate for a three night stay, two guests, is $500. Two night stays
are sometimes possible, please ask. Additional
charge for larger groups. Please inquire about rate for your
situation.

For two guests, we also have a smaller condo - two bedrooms and one
bathroom. Please contact us for details.

Weekly rate from $950 (two guests) per week - discounts for multiple weeks.
Monthly rate from $2500 (two guests) per month
