You can have a peacful getaway or a unique outdoor wedding or the ultimate in Family reunions. This is our home not just a rental property. This is a very unique Large private estate
located on perhaps the widest, clearest section of beautiful 17 mile long Lake Anna. This well equipped house sleeps 18 in beds. There are 7 Queens Size beds and two double Beds, two queen size sleep sofas.

We have built this house with weddings and family reunions in mind.
Along with the fantastic sunsets you will enjoy clean fresh water of
Lake Anna. Here you can go boating, swimming, water skiing, fishing,
Volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, private white sand beach,
campfire pit with benches and playground.

Sit by the waterfall in the Wysteria Arbor while watching the Koi
Fish swim about in the Pond.

SWIM in the protected Harbor or play on the white sand beach. Sit in
the elevated Gazebo out over the water watching the sunset or
enjoying the breeze.

BRING your boats or rent one locally and use our own boat ramp
located right here on the Estate. Bring several boats if you wish as
there are many docks for you to choose from.

PRIVACY - Unlike Some rentals which are side by side with no space or
privacy, you have 1,000 ft of shoreline with the nearest neighbor
being 500 yards away.

Covered Decks that wrap around the house to take full advantage of a
view that can't be beat. Outside showers, playgrounds,and several
areas with hammocks and swings.

HANDYCAP ramps on both sides of the house for those with walking
difficulties.
All gates on the decks have latches for child safety.

Telescopes and binoculars are left for your use. Multiple CD player,
Sat TV, and entertainment center is connected to Speaker system which
provides music to the outside decks and several rooms inside the
house.

Fully stocked kitchen and two Gas Stoves, Two Gas ovens, Two
refrigerators, deep freeze, large commercial ice cube maker, two
commercial grade stainless steel B B Q grills connected to the house
gas.

Observation deck on top of the house for privacy / sunbathing / star
watching or all of the above.

traffic jams etc, then you are in the right place!

In Season weeks Memorial Day through Labor Day = $5,500
No weekends during prime summer season.

Weekends ONLY available off season
4 Day Weekends; Available ONLY from Mid Sept through Mid May = $2,800 for four days. Weekends are flexible as to arrival and departure times.

WEDDINGS and terrific here at Emery Point. Weddings of all sizes are with an extra charge. Weddings can be from small to 200 people. Caterers and rented tents are welcome and a common site at Emery Point.

Cleaning Fee is $200 paid upon departure of any rental directly to cleaning team.
Weekly rentals are from Sunday noon through Saturday noon.
