of Roamingwood Lake. This great lakefront area offers
several levels, a private dock, perfect for swimming or fishing, a
gently sloped lake entry, a rowboat, and deck level and lakeside
lounge furniture and dining sets.

The main level of this home features hardwood floors and stunning
lake views throughout. There is a newly renovated open-floorplan
style kitchen and dinig area with lake views in several directions
Adjacent is a an oversized living area. The living room features an
impressive floor to ceiling stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling,
upscale furnishings, and spectacular views, which are shared by the
dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with
full sized washing machine and dryer. The main level of the home also
features a den/entertainment room with large windows looking out over
the lake, cable television, DVD player, seating, and a
futon/convertible sleeper bed. There are two bedrooms on the main
level of the home, each with a full sized bed, and a full bathroom.

The upper level of this home features an impressive oversized master
suite, with a queen sized bed, sitting area, attached newly renovated
full bathroom, and spectacular lake views. There are two additional
bedrooms on the upper level, one with a twin sized bed and the other
with a full sized day/futon bed, as well as an additional full
bathroom. The lower level of this home adds the fifth bedroom, with a
queen sized bed.

Sliding glass doors lead from both the den and the dining area out
onto several levels of decks looking out over Roamingwood Lake.
Comfortable lounge furniture provides a great spot to relax, read,
get some sun, nap, and just enjoy the spectacular views. A grove of
trees to one side of the home and a large patio umbrella provide a
distinct shaded area as well. The lakeside patio and deck area have
picnic seating as well as additional seating. The private dock has
plenty of space for the provided rowboat, and also room if you would
like to bring a boat or rent a jet-ski while you're staying at the
home. The homes location in a quiet cove on recreational Roamingwood
Lake makes this a great spot for swimming, fishing, and lounging
around on innertubes and rafts.

An additional feature of this home is complimentary high
speed wireless internet. This home accommodates up to ten guests.
