sized pool (shared by 9 other homes), private lighted tennis court,
secluded outdoor shower, barbecue grill, fireplace and much more.
Since the home is built into the natural landscape of the dunes, you
can enjoy the beauty of the beach flowers and plantlife, as well as a
large family of sand tortoises and dolphins that live near by.
Pelicans glide gracefully overhead, and if you're lucky you can
witness the endangered sea turtles laying their eggs on this
protected, non-driving portion of the beach, or magnificent pilot
whales just off shore.

A 51" big screen TV with digital cable and WiFi wireless internet access, as well as over

The property is available for a minumum stay of 7 nights during peak season.

Please note that this is not a timeshare, but rather is a private
home being offered by the owner directly. Since we understand that
making travel plans can be difficult, we have a liberal cancellation
policy. Cancellations must be received in writing by email to owner.
Rentors must be 28 years or older and provide valid drivers license
as proof of age. You can reserve with confidence as we have the
Square Trade Seal of Approval, showing that we have met their
stringent requirements for truth and honesty in all our business

Rental Terms:
• A 50% deposit secures dates of stay. Payment is due in full
30 days prior to date of stay. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
•Cancellations received more than 72 hours in advance of the
arrival date and time have the following options:
A) If we are able to rebook the dates to another client then
you may either:
1. Take a full refund of all funds paid minus a $75
processing fee or
2. Apply the full amount to any future rental at any
time.
B) If we are unable to rebook the week to another client,
then you may either:
1. Use the payment as credit for any off-season rental
date at any time or
2. Apply the full amount to any peak-season rental date
that is still available within 4 weeks of the date of
stay.
• Cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled
arrival time (3pm on the date of arrival listed in the
contract) will receive no refund, but may only use their
credit for an off-season rental date (holidays excluded)
• All cancellations must be received by email to
the owner. The date/time stamp on the email will be used to
determine the applicable cancellation policy.
• You may cancel and rebook your stay one time only. Repeat
cancellations will result in loss of all cancellation fees.
• Cancellations due to situations when the property has been
rendered unusable as deemed by the owners (hurricane, flood, fire,
etc.) will be given full refund of all fees paid.
• Cancellation fees not used within 12 months of the original
date of arrival will be forfeited in full
• Movies on demand are available via digital cable. There will
be a $3.00 surcharge added to the actual movie rental fee.
• Local calls are free. Out of area or Long Distance calls
will be billed to your credit card. There will be a 50 cent per call
service charge added to all out of area and long distance calls. Be
aware that some (386) exchange calls are out of area.
• Your credit card will be held on file for any incidental
charges, movie rentals, phone charges, theft from or damage to the
property. The property manager will conduct a post-stay inspection
and inventory which you are welcome to be present for.
