Vacation Rental Description

ANY other Cancun condo. The very best location on the island. Walk 
to Sr. Frogs, Hard Rock Cafe, the top 5 night clubs, over 40 
restaurants, and 4 different shopping centers! This is 10 kilometers 
closer to the center of activities than the Brisas, Cancun Plaza, 
Solymar, or Royal Solaris condominiums. That means more time for 
playing rather than riding in a Taxi or bus to get where you want.

This is a great location to use as your home base for exploring 
Cancun and the surrounding marvels of the Yucatan Peninsula.

This is one of eleven penthouse units at the Girasol condominiums. 
The complex features a waterfront location, parking, 24 hour lobby 
check-in available, linens and towels included with maid service 
available, a tennis court, upper and lower-level pools, direct 
access to the beach, a pool-side restaurant and bar for breakfast 
and lunch.

The condo is located on the penthouse level of the Girasol condos 
and contains two levels. This is not a hotel but a condominium 
building.  The unit is privately owned and "NOT" a time share. It 
has many extras! You will love staying here and will want to return 
again & again. Weeks are available year round so this is a distinct 
benefit from someone renting a timeshare that is only available a 
certain week each year. Plan and book your vacation early so we can 
accommodate your time slot! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit has 2 full separate bedroom suites, each with their own 
private bath. An additional bath is located on the main level with 
an American sofa bed available in the living room area. The 
Caribbean view bedroom has comfortable pillowtop twin beds plus a 
trundle bed sofa that sleeps 2 more in the same bedroom. There are 
two twin beds in the lagoon view bedroom (which can be pushed 
together to make a king bed).  A family of 8 can sleep comfortably, 
or 3 couples with each having their own private bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a counter bar, coffee maker, 
microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, cook-top range, cookware 
and utensils,and toaster oven. Dinette, main living area and 2 
wonderful balconies looking out at the Caribbean along with 3 area 
air conditioners to keep the interior nice and cool.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Private Suburban will take you directly to the 
front door of our condominium and is available for a charge of 
approximately $9.00 per person from the airport.  For larger group 
you may want to "Pre-Book" your airport transfer.  Just ask us!

Activities and Attractions

Activities: Sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, golf, jet skiing, 
snorkeling, bike moped rentals, wind-surfing, and fishing are 
located nearby. 

Side trips can be taken to Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Playa Del 
Carmen, Tulum or Chichen Itza. Buses will take you anywhere in the 
city or on the island for approximately 60 cents. They come by every 
few minutes on the Boulevard right in front of the condo. There is 
no need to rent a car when you stay at this condominium project. It 
is within walking distance to most of the restaurants and shopping 
centers on the island. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and 
also inexpensive fast food restaurants within walking distance of 
the condo.

Spg Break:    $2200 wk (02/21/09-04/17/09)

LOW Season:   $1250 wk (08/29/09-10/23/09)

One half of total rental rate is due at time of reservation.  
Balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy date.  
Funds to be certified and in US dollars.  
For short term notice, payment can be sent by direct deposit, wired 
funds or PayPal.

Deposit and Rental fee are non-refundable.
