Vacation Rental Description

South Seas Club is a 55 acre gated complex on the beautiful white  
sand beach of Marco Island. South Seas North is located on the  
northeast end of the complex and includes garden and mid-rise  
condominiums. Walking paths wind throughout the complex, tropical  
landscape paths lead you directly to the 3 1/2 mile beach.  
 
This is a lovely second floor two bedroom/two bath condo located in  
South Seas North mid-rise (Bldg A). The beautiful view from the  
screened balcony is overlooking the pool and waterfront of Clam Bay.  
Large patio doors lead from the living room and master bedroom to  
the balcony.  
 
Dock access available for boats, large heated pool, and tennis  
courts. Kitchen and baths have just been remodeled. Non-smoking unit.
