bed, two bathrooms, a three sided gas fireplace which can be enjoyed from
the living room or from the glass dining table - seats 4,
picture window, full kitchen with stove,micowave, dish
washer, 4 televisions, VHS and DVD, an amazing sun-
room...
The Rose is close to The River - an exciting shopping
and dining area surrounded by water! It's an oasis of shops, movie
theatres, restuarants and sidewalk vendors. The River may be the
latest edition to the desert but don't forget the world famous El
Paseo! Often thought of as "the Rodeo Drive of the desert," this
luxury shopping and dining district has something for everyone! Of
course, for those that don't consider shopping a sport, there's
always golf, tennis, golf, hiking, golf, galleries, golf, the Living
Desert, and of course, GOLF!

2007 Rates- Monthly Rental Only
Depending on the Season/ Holidays $1650 to $1950 per month - if stay
is 3 months or longer a lower rate may be available, please inquire.
*Monthly Rates do not include utilities. Utilities would need to be
placed in your name.
*There is a cleaning fee of $125.00 for each rental period.
A Security deposit will also be requested.
Payment in Full due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations before 30
days due date are refunded Deposit (less $100 Administration Fee).
Personal Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders welcomed.
Rates can change without notice. Sorry, no pets.
