Vacation Rental Description

This newly redecorated fully furnished unit is located at family 
friendly Sunnyside Beach & Tennis Condominium resort that consists 
of18 acres with 350’of beautiful sugar white beachfront property on 
the Gulf of Mexico.  It’s like having your own private beach! Rental 
of umbrellas, loungers and wave runners are available from vendor on 
beach.  The condo units are located directly across US Highway 98 
from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with a lighted underground 
pedestrian passageway to the beach side gazebo, sitting area and 
beachfront.  This underground passageway is great for children, 
seniors and those not caring to dodge traffic!  The 350’ of private 
beach ensures your privacy and open view of the beautiful Gulf-there 
are no buildings blocking your view or traffic congestion on this 
350’ of property-it’s private!  This complex consists of 74 
privately owned 2 story units located at the quiet end of the beach. 
The convenience of driving right up to your front door is unbeatable-
no elevators or multiple stair flights to climb when unloading your 
personals or groceries. Unit # 4 is located just a few feet from the 
pedestrian passageway leading to the Gulf. You can enjoy the sounds 
and view of the Gulf from your back patio; the late afternoon 
sunsets can be viewed from the gazebo sitting area or directly on 
the beach-your choice!

This unit is 1400 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, spacious fully 
equipped tiled kitchen (icemaker; microwave, dishwasher; full range 
of stainless steel cookware; serving bowls; tea kettle; coffee 
maker; handheld mixer; dinnerware; silverware; glassware; large 
cooking and grilling utensils; electric can opener; toaster; 
charcoal grill, dining area with table for 6, spacious living area 
with soaring vaulted ceilings has cable television; VCR;DVD; 
CD/tape/radio stereo system.  Master bedroom has queen mattress; 
television and VCR; ceiling fan;large closet;master bath.  Second 
bedroom has 2 beds (queen and double),large closet and ceiling fan.  
Second full bath located upstairs directly across from bedroom. 
Living room couch converts to queen sleeper. Unit has laundry room 
equipped with washer and dryer for your personal and private use; 
iron and ironing board; vacuum cleaner; telephone with answering 
machine; all linens furnished; patio available at front entrance and 
courtyard side of condo.  The sliding back door opens onto the 
ground level patio facing the courtyard.  Located at your back door 
is the lush green lawn available for playing, energetic children; 
sidewalks for strolling/exercising adults; 
tennis/basketball/shuffleboard courts; 2 swimming pools 
(adult & kid); playground for children; game room and clubhouse.

Special Winter Rates available when stay is one month or longer.

Reservation deposit of $200.00 required and must be received within 
7 days of initial reservation.
