ocean, the sky, as well as the panoramic Miami Skyline, lit up
like a jewel at night.
Experience a true indulgence of your senses. High above the cares
of the world, feel eye to  eye with a pair of gliding pelicans as
they sweep by on the currents of air; but close enough to laugh as
the children attempt their wave boards below. Amaze at the kite
surfers, or watch couples walking the beach hand in hand. You can
watch cruise ships as they sail off for their worldly adventures,
and see the fishing boats zip to and fro. Recline in complete
comfort on our private balcony, in the living room watching the 42
inch flat screen T.V.  on the ultra suede Couch Recliner, or in the bedroom with it's own balcony and flat screen.

apartment also has additional self-parking. You will have full use

 Designer inspired furnishings make this condo a joy to be in. Carefully selected for comfort as well as beautiful clean lines, your comfort is assured. Clean, gleaming
granite and marble countertops with stainless steel appliances, the
kitchen is fully stocked with fun and functional dishes, serving and
cooking utensils and barware. The bedroom is an oasis of serenity
and comfort and has a feel of being a continuation of the sky and
sea...but glide shut the Luminaire remote controlled blinds, and
doze lazily after a sunfilled day at the beach, pool, and pier
bar. The ultra comfortable plush but firm queen bed with luxurious
bedding will make you feel just heavenly. An additional sleeper sofa is available in the main room, which will comfortably sleep up to additional 2.  Our Preferred Guests are 2 Adults.

The large master bathroom has an extra-large shower as well as
tub. There is an additional powder room with Eurodesign sink, as
well as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer - no need to
take your laundry to public washers down the hall.

The location couldn't be better. We have it all whether you're
looking for Mother Nature or the Glam and Glitzy. South Beach is a
20 minutes ride, as is Fort Lauderdale. A multitude of restaurants
are available within walking distance. Prestigious Aventura
Mall with world-class shopping is less than 4 miles away. This is
reportedly one of Michael Jackson's favorite malls...he's been
spotted there several times. Right over the Intercoastal Waterway,
and visible from our balcony is Oleta River, the largest urban
park in the state. The Oleta River is not only home to a wide
variety of birds including hawks and osprey but also manatees and
bottle nosed dolphins. Kayaks and bikes are available for rental,
or you can walk or drive in and stroll around. There are concession
stands as well. Another wonderful nature spot is West Lake in
Hollywood, about 20 minutes to the North. This is also an area for
canoing or kayaking and is also a bird sanctuary and home to fish
and crabs. and We are also within walking distance to a beach many
Europeans favor - Halouver Beach. There are many great areas of
interests for children and adults alike such as Parrot Jungle,
Seaquarium, Monkey Jungle, Fairchild Gardens to keep you as active
as you want to be. But it's also so nice to just lounge and
stay "at home."

Due to Administration Guidelines,  our minimum length of stay is 2 WKS.  Longer stays will be eligible for our best rates. Rates also will vary with time of year and Holidays, of course. Please inquire with us. We'll do our best for you. 

All Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes of
13% (7% Sales Tax and 6% Tourism Tax.)
Reservation/Security Deposit of $500 is required
at the time of reservation. Deposit is fully refundable after
check-out, providing everything is left in good condition. Full
payment is requested 60 days prior to arrival. We recommend travel
insurance for your prepaid stays. You may pay by personal check,
travelers checks, cashiers check, or your credit card through
PayPal. We request our International Guests to pay by credit card.
We will need to add the surcharge of 2.9% domestically and 3.9%
internationally that Paypal charges us.
Cleaning fee of $75 for "basic cleaning."   We ask you to leave it in good condition to avoid incurring additional  cleaning fees.
