Our home (968 Harbor Court)is on a large double lot at the end of a
peninsula providing a private setting with 390' of direct water
front. 200' of which is sandy, great for swimming, water toys,
rafting, and fishing right off the shore for sun fish and rock bass.
You wake up looking over the water through the french doors from the
Master suite. All 3 bedrooms, the sun porch, and
the kitchen have great views of the lake, with 2 of the bedrooms
having private direct walkouts to the lake.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on the sun porch or on the large
wrap around nautical deck and you can relax in a lounge chair on the lower lanai.

The bonfire pit by the water is a great
way to end your day before retiring for the evening.
Silver Lake is a premier inland lake with 600 acre's of clear
pristine water. This is a spring fed, glacier carved lake.
There is a great park 1 mile down the road for biking, hiking,
tennis, or enjoying the playground with your kids. You may also want
to get out and see the local attractions like Old Mission Peninsula
(15 minutes), the West Bay of Lake MI (10 minutes), great shopping
and dining in downtown Traverse City (8 minutes), Suttons Bay on the
Leelanau Peninsula (25 minutes), Interlochen Music School (20
minutes), Crystal Mountain Golf and Ski Resort (20 minutes), the
Sleeping Bear sand dunes on Lake Michigan (25 minutes), and the
numerous great golf courses all within 30 minutes.
