Ring in 2013 at the beach!  December 29-January 5 is a deal at $1200 plus tax and cleaning! You'll  have a five bedroom waterfront house!!  This continuously  remodeled, spectacular house is perfect for a multi-family vacation. The house is on Santa Rosa Island, directly on the Sound, providing safe swimming for your kids since there's no undertow! Fish from your own back yard! Wiggle your toes in the sand or relax in the hammock while you watch the sun set. The Gulf of Mexico beach is a five minute walk away, and is the same sugary white soft sand as ever. Two restaurants are on the island, both a 10 minute walk away. Juana's Pagoda is also a 10 minute walk. Naval Air Museum is 30 minutes away. Deep sea fishing is 30 minutes away in Destin. Absolutely no smoking permitted in this beautiful house. Although we are animal lovers, we do not allow pets in the house. Our own spayed and neutered pooches have to stay with loving caretakers while we visit Caribbean Soul.
Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. One king bed, 3 queens, a
kids room with bunk beds and a pull-out sofa can accommodate up to
13 people. Washer and dryer are provided. The neighborhood has a
small pool. Very small!
There is a boat slip available for your exclusive use. Jet ski
rental available at Juana's Pagoda.
We have local personnel available to provide immediate assistance
should you need it.
We would be pleased to host your vacation for a Saturday arrival-
Saturday departure. All reservations during high season must be
within a Saturday-Saturday time frame. No exceptions!! During off
season (November through February), we will accept reservations for
less than 7 nights, except Christmas and New Years weeks.
We are careful to rent to guests that will treat our home with
respect. A telephone conversation will preceed a contract to
determine if our home is a suitable match for your vacation habits.

May 17-24,2013...$2300 per week  No weddings or receptions (Saturday-Saturday)

May 25-August 2, 2013....$3900 per week.  No weddings or receptions (Sat-Sat)

August 3-16,2013….$3000 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

August 17-September 21, 2013…$1700 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

September 21-December 31, 2013…$1200 per week (Saturday-Saturday; flexible during
Christmas and New Years weeks)

$200 cleaning fee, 10.5% tax, $500 refundable security deposit

10.5% Florida tax, $200 Cleaning fee
$500 security deposit refunded within 30 days of check-out if no
damage to house or excessive cleaning required.
