Vacation home private pool in New Port Richey

Two bedroom, two bath and a private screened pool. Very quiet
residential neighborhood with no direct neighbors at the back of the
house.
Master bedroom has queen size bed with connecting ensuite bathroom
and sliding doors to the pool area. Second bedroom as twin beds.
Formal dining room and very large living room. Both have sliding
doors going to the pool area. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher and
located in garage, washer and dryer. There is a BBQ on the balcony.
This home has everything you need for a perfect holiday. All you
need to bring is your food.

Also is included cable HD TV, internet, phone and free long distance within US and Canada

Many supermarkets, minutes away. A major mall "Gulfview Mall" is 3
minutes drive. There are many excellent restaurants also minutes
away.
Very large flea market (Saturday & Sunday) 5 mins. drive.

This area of the coast offers many local amenities such as golf,
tennis, fishing, shopping not to mention beaches.
Hudson Beach is 10 mins. away. Howard Park in Tarpon Springs (home
of
the sponge docks) offers a nice beach only 25 mins. away. Clearwater
and St Petes beaches are only 35 to 40 mins. drive.
Orlando home of Walt Disney World is a 90 mins drive. Busch Gardens
in Tampa is 35 mins. drive.

There is a $60.00 cleaning fee
If pool heater required there is a $11.00 per day charge

Deposit of 30% required at time of booking
Damage deposit $400.00 also required for monthly rental
for weekly rental $100.00/week damage deposit
Balance of rent and damage deposit due 45 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATIONS within two weeks for your arrival date will forfeit
the
fee and 50% of your mailed in refundable damage deposit. The latter
may be waived for extenuating circumstances (verified), death to a
family member, or a family member is at/in ICU/PCU, career loss or
bankruptcy filing.



Unless arranged otherwise, arrival time 4:00PM
Departure time 10:00AM

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Smokers must smoke in the
enclosed screened patio/pool deck or outside. If heavy smoking
traces
are found inside the home at check-out $150.00 will be deducted from
the damage deposit for cleaning purposes.
