This 2100 sq. ft. luxury villa built in 2003 is in Cedar Hammock, a gated golf
community in Naples Florida. It sits next to the
10th green of a championship Lewis/Azinger Signature golf course.
Located one block away is a terrific 20,000+ sq. ft. clubhouse
complete with health club, Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, formal
dining and lounge, aqua-driving range and pro shop. You are minutes
away from downtown Naples with the finest shopping and dining in
south Florida. Also close by are the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful
beaches and a pier.
The community has 50% of its land set aside as preserves. There are
beautiful lakes, biking, jogging and walking paths everywhere.
The furnishings are custom designed to make your stay relaxing and
comfortable. The villa has been painted in warm tones and complete
with 10' ceilings. The living area includes sofa, chair and ottoman,
loveseat, TV, DVD/VCR and Bose Radio/CD. The master suite has king-
sized accommodations with 32" TV, private bath with walk in closet,
heavenly soaking tub and large glass enclosed shower. The guest
bedroom has two twin beds, and the den a pull out sofa, chair and a
desk/credenza with TV's in each room as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer with water
dispenser. Washer and dryer in utility room.
Separate dining and kitchen areas are beautifully decorated and
ideal for family use or formal dining. Unit has two car garage and
A/C. All linens, towels, beach towels provided.
There are three floor to ceiling sliding doors providing gorgeous
view of pool/golf course, breathtaking sunsets facing west, and the
10th green. Patio furniture includes a table, chairs and chaise
lounge and of course a Weber grill.
We recently added free High Speed Wireless Internet.
Security personnel at the gated entrance ensure a very safe stay.

seeing, incredible dining, shopping or just relaxing.
Nearby is Marco Island. There are rides on Safari Wagons or Airboat
through the Everglades. Downtown has several art gallery's and for
