villa is only 6 years young and has just received a total face lift,
and High Speed Wireless internet connnection. Accommodates 6 easily.
Sunset Beach is the most southern barrier island of coastal Carolina
and its sandy 3 mile beach has been voted the best is North
Carolina. It features a floating bridge over the Intracoastal
Waterway, a large fishing pier, bike and boat rentals.
There are over 30 golf courses in the immediate area and over 120
courses within one hour's drive. Those include Sea Trail, Oyster
Bay, The Pearl - all within a few miles of the entrance to Sandpiper
Bay.
Nestled in a quiet setting 45 minutes from historic Wilmington, NC
and less then 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach shopping, our location
offers easy access to all the area has to offer.

Our newly refurbished non-smoking villa offers two new queen beds
plus two new extra long twin beds. Also there are 4 new TV's, DVD
player, stereo, books, games, and a screened-in deck. It is very
comfortably appointed for 6 people.
Sunset Village offers two pools, tennis courts, and hot tubs.

There are many attractions nearby including golf, water sports,
fishing, biking, water parks, amusement parks, miniature golf,
clubs, theatres, and restaurants.
