Our stunning Orlando vacation home is nestled in one of the closest communities available to Disney. So close in fact you could easily go back home for a cooling swim in the afternoons or take a break for lunch then head back to the parks for the spectacular firework displays. Just two sets of lights and you're right there in the heart of the magic.

Our home has everything to make your stay as carefree as possible so you can just enjoy your valuable vacation time and experience all we have to offer without any worries. Our service is second to none and we are on call for you 24 hours a day.

The welcoming entrance, large family room and patio doors leading to your own private pool will soon awaken your senses to explore the rest of your vacation home while you listen to the squeals of delight from the children as they discover their amazing themed rooms.

Living Area
Our spacious open plan living area features fine furnishings and a sumptuous living room suite that entices you to sink into it and unwind in front the of the large screen 55 inch high definition television. There's plenty of seating for everyone with a large three seat sofa, a two seat reclining love seat, two rocking and reclining armchairs and a large corner unit.The surround sound system perfectly enhances that movie experience when watching one of over 200 dvd's available in our extensive dvd collection. The two 'Lift-Top' tables are ideal for snacks or laptops. We have an upgraded cable tv package giving you an abundance of channels to choose from.High cathedral ceilings have three skylights offering plenty of natural daylight and the ceiling fans create a gentle breeze to help keep you cool and comfortable.

Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Our private swimming pool, hot tub and patio are south facing giving you the glorious Florida sunshine all day long. The whole area is enclosed by an attractive beach themed surround providing you with complete privacy so you are not overlooked from any direction. We have a terrific 3D Dolphin Mosaic in our pool that looks just like it is swimming up to meet you. The kids will love it!
The spacious lanai offers welcome shade from the sun and has a dining area and a gas BBQ. You will find plenty of high quality, padded pool furniture including sun loungers, reclining chairs, sun chairs and foot stools. For the protection of the little ones, there is a safety fence separating all access areas to the pool and, as an added precaution, the patio doors are also alarmed.
The pool area and rear yard are beautifully lit in the evenings with thousands of gently twinkling lights making the atmosphere perfect to unwind and relax by the pool.  We also have an underwater lighting system in our pool that genetly changes colour creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Game Room
Our game room is a huge hit with all ages and has an 8 foot slate bed pool table, a 7 foot professional air hockey table, foosball, a Wii Game console and Playstation. There are also plenty of boardgames for children and adults.

Full Kitchen
Our kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal. There is also a large stove, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher.

Two Children's Theme Rooms
The two twin bedrooms are wonderfully themed for children of all ages, from 2 to 92! Nemo, Dory and a host of friends watch over the little ones in Nemo's Underwater Room while Shrek, Fiona, Donkey and Puss all reside in Shrek's Swamp, giving the children their very own dreamland.

24 Hour Care
Our home is looked after by our highly professional management company who are based locally and are available for you for anything you may need. We are also on call for you 24 hours a day and are here to help you with any questions you may have. We promise a prompt and personal service. Our management company offer an exclusive 'Meet and Greet' service so they are at the house to meet you when you arrive. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and get to know the house first hand.

Great Location
Our beautiful home is situated in the much sought after area of Indian Creek, just over 3 miles to Disney and conveniently located for Highway 192. There are shops and a selection of restaurants in the Formosa Shopping Village less than a mile away and a huge choice just a minute further on the main US-192 Highway. The community has a children's play area, fitness park, tennis courts, football and games pitch, practice putting green and jogging path.

Superb Golf
The fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a few minutes drive away and we have a preferred rate programme for our guests.

Selection of Good Restaurants
The Formosa Shopping Village is home to TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel and Carrabas Italian Grill to name just a few and on the US-192 Highway a minute further you will also find Millers Ale House, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebees and plenty more.

Peace and Quiet
Although Indian Creek is close to attractions, the neighborhood is far enough away from everything to offer peace and quiet and has a mix of both residential and vacation homes.

Beaches
Although Orlando is central there are also some fabulous beaches under an hours drive away. On the east coast you will find the famous Daytona beach, Cocoa Beach and Palm beach and the west coast takes you to Clearwater and St Petersburgh. You'll be spoilt for choice!

The above rates subject to lodging tax of 13% and are for up to ten people including children and babies. Additional guests charged at $105 per week per person.
Additional departure clean charged on all reservations.
Pool heat is available at an extra charge (recommended October-May). Our pool heating system is gas and will therefore run much more efficiently should the overnight temperatures be cold. Our pool is heated to 88 degrees during the cooler winter months.
A security deposit is required for all reservations. You can either pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable damage waiver.
Daily Maid Service and Mid-Stay Cleaning Service are also available.
