Vacation Rental Description

Cabo Villas Resort is situated on Medano Beach, one of the few safe swimming beaches in Cabo!  If 
you want a vacation rental that offers safe swimming at both the beach and pool, look closely where 
you rent!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Nearly all rooms have ocean views.  The condo has a private bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed and 
a queen size sofa sleeper, a fully equipped kitchenette with full size fridge, and a balcony 
overlooking the pool and view of the Sea of Cortez.

Activities and Attractions

No need to rent a car!  The resort is located within blocks of all the Cabo San Lucas restaurants, 
night-life, marina, day trips, and shopping.

Los Cabos is famous for sport fishing, extraordinary golf courses, and its beaches. You'll find 
outdoor activities like snorkeling, boating, pirate ship cruises, parasailing, Jet Ski rentals, and 
ATV rides along the Pacific shore and desert trails. 

A short walk to Cabo's unparalleled dining and nightlife with numerous hot-spots like Sammy Hagar's 
Cabo Wabo, Squid Row, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, and the new Puerto Paralsa Mall.

Vacation Rental Rates

This rents for $950 - $1050 per week and includes daily maid service.  The week is from Saturday to 
Saturday (may be possible to start on Friday or Sunday depending on availability).   We have 5 
floating weeks available per year so the unit will vary.  One week can be booked anytime in advance 
($1050) and 4 weeks can be booked only 60-days in advance ($950).

Airport transportation is provided upon request (additional charges apply). We accept cashier's 
check, money order, Credit Card, or Pay 
Pal.
