in a bedroom, double pull-out sofa and double futon. Ceiling fans in every room. Basement also has several beds and a living room area. Master bath has 2 person jacuzzi! Free washer/coin op dryer, outdoor furniture, beach wagon, gas grill and bikes included. Room for 2 cars in the drive way and 2 cars in front of the house, and plenty of on street parking. A 10 minute walk to the beach, pier, amusement parks, shopping and ice cream. A short drive to Dunkin' Donuts! Pets Welcome! This is a bright, beautiful home. More info and pics available. This is a yearly rental.

Full year round home with full kitchen including microwave and
washer/dryer. Also tv/vcr/dvd players in bedrooms and living spaces.
Outdoor furniture. Ac in main living area and all bedrooms.
Ceiling fans throughout home and in all bedrooms. Renters are
responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels as well as doing
light housekeeping at the end of your stay. There is no phone
available at this house. It is best if renter has a cell phone.

Close to Peir, shopping and beach. 20 minute drive to Portland.

Summer season from June-September 11. $2,100.
