restaurants, coffee shops and casinos. It is centrally located just 10 minutes from Old San Juan, 10 
minutes from Hato Rey business district, and 10 minutes from the international airport and Isla 
Verde.

Newly furnished with contemporary furniture. 
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter 
tops, includes stove, microwave, coffee 
maker, all necessary utensils to cook your meals! 

Fresh linens and towels provided along with Beach chairs.  
Includes Cable TV and A/C, radio/CD player.
Queen sized bed with a sofa convertible to a full sized bed.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rate: (3 night minimum stay required).
  $95 Per night.
  $105/night during Holidays.( 3 day minimum).

Weekly rate: $570 (6 nights, 7 days) 

50% non-refundable deposit required to secure reservation.       
$250 refundable security deposit required on day of arrival.
$75 one-time cleaning fee per rental.
7% Goverment Tax.

Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or 
PayPal.
