Vacation Rental Description

This great 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath condo is located in the desirable  
Shore Dr. area, centrally located between the Myrtle Beach and North  
Myrtle Beach area. This area offers a setting for a quiet family  
vacation or nightlife to suit your desire.  
     The unit is on the second floor which gives you a great view of  
the marsh tides, wildlife, and peek of the ocean. Access is via  
elevator or steps.  
     This roomy condo (1120 sq.ft.) received a refresher 
(paint,carpet, LazyBoy sectional sofa) in 2003. Master bedroom has  
queen bed, a separate bath, ceiling fan, cable TV, and sliding glass  
doors onto screened porch which overlooks swash,with a peek of  
ocean. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, a separate bath  
which is also accessed from central hall. Family room has ceiling  
fan, CD/DVD player, cable TV, radio. The LazyBoy sectional sofa has  
a pull out queen bed. From the family room sliding glass doors lead  
to screened porch with a great view of the marsh and 13th hole of  
Dunes Club. There is a dining area with seating for 6 and a serving  
bar with additional seating for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped  
with full size stove, refrigerator and ice maker, microwave,  
dishwasher, bagel toaster, coffee maker, service for 8 at  
minimum.      
     Also in the condo is an equipped wet bar, washer/dryer,  
iron/ironing board. Beach chairs and unbrella for your use are  
stored in the closet on the screened porch.  There is central  
heating/AC.  
    Smoking is not allowed in the condo, however smoking may be done  
on the screened porch or front balcony with the doors closed. 
 
     

Vacation Rental Amenities

A short 5 min walk to the beach will get you great sunbathing,  
swimming, shelling, astounding sunrises and sunsets. Two  
pools are for your use. Across the drive is a deck and enclosed pool  
which is heated year round (accessed by code) with spa, sauna,  
restroom and showers. An outside pool with plenty of decking for  
sunning is nearby in the complex. A gas grill is available for your  
BBQ pleasure. Parking is in front and to the side of the 3 story  
building and very close to the elevator. The elevator is very near  
the condo but not too close to catch the noise. 

Activities and Attractions

Nearby are many water sports such as swimming, snorkeling,  
watercraft rentals, Apache fishing pier. Favorite local bars such  
Ocean Annie's, the SandBar, and others are a short walk. For  
convenient pickups, ice cream, pizza, bike rentals, etc, the Straw  
Market is very close. Within 1-2 miles are  2001 nightclubs, grocery  
stores, Rossi's Fine Italian, Bimini's, and other great restaurants  
on Restaurant Row, Walmart, Tanger Outlet shopping Center, shopping  
mall including Outdoor World. Within 4 mi. is Barefoot Landing, more  
great restaurants, live theater, mini-golf and other family  
activities.  
      A 10-20 min. drive will get you to the airport, Myrtle  
Beach Pavillion area, Broadway at the Beach, more shopping centers  
and outlets.

June, July, August - $800/week, weekly rental only, includes linens  
(sheets & towels) 
May, Sept - $650/week, $90/night, 3 night min. 
Apr, Oct - $550/week, $80/night, 3 night min 
Nov thru Mar - Monthly and weekly rates available 
Only weekly rates include departure cleaning and linens fee.
