This beautifully decorated three bedroom mediterranean style villa is
inside the Wyndham Rio Mar
Beach Resort and Spa, 5 minutes away of El Yunque National
Rainforest. Villa guests are welcomed at
the hotel and can enjoy the various amenities offered including the
casino, restaurants to choose
from and the famous Mandara Spa.

The villa has an awesome view over the golf course (Ocean Course Hole
5). The cross ventilated
layout makes it ideal to enjoy the breathtaking tropical scenery from
the outdoor terrace. The villa
has a fully equiped kitchen. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
There are three air conditioned
bedrooms, one has a king size bed, a full bathroom, tv set with cable
and dvd player. The other has
a queen bed, a full bathroom and the third bedroom has a bunk bed
with a full size bed at the
bottom, a twin on top and a twin trundle underneath.

Pay per View and On-Demand cable channels can be provided upon
request. Wireless Internet service is provided at no cost.

Winter Rates - Nov. 16 thu Jan. 15 - $400 / nt. - $2,500/wk  

Spring Rates - Jan. 16 thru May 15 - $325.00 / nt. - $2,100/wk 


Cleaning Fee - $120.00

50% Non-Refundable Booking Deposit, Balance Paid 1 month prior to
Arrival.

Damage Deposit - $300.00 refundable within a week of departure upon
inspection.
