also been added to insure privacy of our guests. To complement
these exterior renovations, the interior of this unit has also been
renovated (repainted, new bathroom, new furniture, etc.). Enjoy a
relaxing getaway in this small, quiet complex surrounded by
state protected lands and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf.
Sliding glass doors open onto a private patio with a walkway leading
to the community pool sitting just steps from your unit and to
walkway leading to wooden boardwalk over the dunes to beach which is
approximately 25 yards away. Grassy area off patio is a great spot
for kids to play when not at the beach or pool. Master bedroom with
queen, recessed bunks in hallway and sleeper sofa in living room
makes this attractive unit perfect for a small family. Fully
equipped kitchen, washer/dryer.
Ample parking. No pets allowed in unit or in complex. No smoking.
We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for
vacationing students or anyone under 25 years of age - i.e., no
spring breakers!
