beach house will accommodate all! Built in 2004 and less than 100
yards from the beach, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which maximizes
every square foot with it's "open" concept.

Large deck and unbelievable sundeck which will give you unobstructed views of miles of beach and ocean! Great cul-de-sac location makes this a fun and safe place. No need to worry about rowdy neighbors and thru traffic.

One bedroom has a Queen size bed, double bed and set of bunk beds. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and set of bunk beds. The living room has two full size sofas and a futon sofa which will make into a double bed.

Peak Season - April 1st thru Sept 30th
$1,250/week or $800 weekend (3 nights) or $650 weekend (2 nights)
Non-Peak Season - October 1st thru March 31st
$850/week or $600 weekend (3 nights) or $450 weekend (2 nights)
Deposit:
$300 advance deposit for weekly rentals, $150 advance deposit for
weekend rentals. Minimum stay of two (2) nights required.
Age Requirement:
Minimum age for rental is 25. We do not rent to prom groups, school
groups, spring break groups, fraternities or sororities. We welcome
families and family oriented groups only. Copy of photo ID is
required.
