A bright, comfortable, tastefully furnished 1600+ sq. ft., one-story condo with high-quality furnishings and stunning, south-facing views within Palm
Valley Country Club - one of most beautiful and colorful communities
in Palm Desert. It is also one of the best locations within PVCC - a
bright end-unit on a corner lot.  The pool/jacuzzi are right next door.

The patio is situated on the second green of the Ted Robinson
designed Championship Course, facing south and looking back up the
2nd and 3rd fairways with a back drop of palm trees and the desert
mountains.

This has been my long-time vacation home, and is cared for as such.
Comfortable, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The condo is an end unit, with windows on three sides so it is bright and airy inside. It is also on a corner lot - so there's a nice yard and extra space outside as well.  

For those of you that know Palm Valley CC, this is the Cottonwood
design - 2BR plus a den. The living room and dining room are on the
golf course. The unit is in the quiet, southwest quadrant of the
development.

The master has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twins, or if
you prefer, they can be pushed together for a king size bed. In the
den there is a pull-out sofa.  The unit has all the amenities you'd expect in a high-end country club home. Living room, den, and master bed room have flat screen televisions, DVD players, and cable.  All rooms are tastefully furnished in light colors and in excellent condition.  The patio off the living room sits right on the golf course, and it
includes a gas grill, table for four, and two lounge chairs.

Note that I do accept credit cards and will participate in the Damage Waiver Protection program in lieu of security deposits. 

This property is registered as a short-term rental with the City of Palm Desert. Permit #25353
