To Book Your Stay, I Require A $250 Deposit.  This Deposit goes towards your total balance(Please Note: It Is Not A Secuirty Deposit).  All Remaining Balances must be received by me at least 2 weeks prior to Your Arrival At The Apartment.  Upon Receiving the total balance for your stay, I Will Send Two Room Keys To Your Home Address.
