Vacation Rental Description

Sea Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, Bethany Beach, DE (w/ in a 3 hour 
drive from Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD & Philadelphia, PA).  Sea 
Colony is rated by Tennis Magazine and Tennis Resorts on-Line, as 
one of the top tennis resorts in the world.  Sea Colony has 34 
Tennis Courts, including 4 indoor and 12 clay.  There are 10 outdoor 
pools,along with 2 indoor pools.  There is a Fitness Center, 
Marketplace with fine restaurants, half a mile of private beach, and 
tram/ shuttle tranportation around the resort during season.
Our beautiful vista property  is located at 56038 Pinewood Drive, 
Sea Colony West, Phase XX, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.  This 1st floor 
Vista is in the Pine Lake Community.  The unit boasts of a 
waterfront view of a Double Lake and a Stone Bridge where kids and 
kids at heart can go fishing for some sunfish. 
The unit is also a few steps to an outdoor Aquatic Center that has a 
25 meter lap pool with a Kiddie pool and showers. Our Vista is also 
a short walk to the Fitness Center which features a 25 meter lap 
pool, a gym for basketball,volleyball and aerobics and 
cardiovascular equipment and weight training.  It is also a short 
walk to the Tennis Center.  These amenities are all within walking 
and jogging distance.
Our Vista is wrapped around by a rare wheelchair accessible ramp on 
the first floor.  It has two bedrooms and an enclosed den that may 
function as a third sleeping area.  It also has a living and a 
dining area fronting a gas fireplace. 
It has a kitchen (with a breakfast bar) and a screened porch 
overlooking Pine Lake and bridge views.  
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, its own bathroom 
with a separate shower and whirlpool tub.  The second room has two 
twin-size beds next to a full bathroom with a washer/ dryer. The den 
has a sofa bed with a window overlooking part of the Pine Lake. All 
furnishings are decorator designed.
The unit sleeps 6 and has a TV/VCR in all 2 bedrooms, and a 
TV/VCR/DVD in the living room.The property carries a Platinum rating.
