exclusive neighbourhood of the area and definitely the one with the
most beautiful beaches. It offers tranquil environment and luxury
accommodations. All bedrooms have satellite TV and DVD, ensuite
bathroom and AC.

The house features a terrace on the front, partly covered. Large
uncovered area goes around to the pool, ensuring enough tanning
space. The house has another terrace on the back, which will ensure
you'll always have a nice spot to hang out no matter wind conditions.

Many feathery coconut trees, wide white sand beaches and blue sea.
Coral reefs a couple meters away from the property, excellent for
shore snorkelling.

Public transportation goes by right behind the house every 20 minutes
towards Chicxulub, Progreso and Mérida. Having a car is not necessary
however it would make your stay more comfortable.

The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most
of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.
