Vacation Rental Description

This family home has a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton.  There are  
two bedrooms (one queen size bed, one double bed), l bathroom,  
living room with 26" surround sound TV, a fully equipped kitchen  
with full size refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave,  
coffeemaker, toaster.  A washer and dryer are in the basement.  
Central Heat & Air Conditioning.  There is a large screened porch  
with ceiling fan; and a deck with propane grill.  Another flagstone  
patio and deck are at the edge of the lake for your enjoyment. 
 
Towels and linens are funished. Please bring your own beach towels  
for use at the lake. 
 
No Smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, Hiking, Fishing. 
 
Nearby activities include:  water skiing, jet skiing, boating,  
swimming, hiking, amusement park, museums, bath houses, shopping,  
antique stores, art galeries, magic show, I.Q Zoo, Aligator Farm,  
movies, golf, miniture golf, horseback riding. Dinner Cruises.  
Thoroughbred horse racing at Oaklawn Park (in season). Fine  
Restaurants. 
 
Lake Catherine State Park, Lake DeGray, and Lake Ouachita are nearby. 
 
One Hour to Little Rock.  Arkansas State Capital.  Clinton Library.   
Alltel Arena.

Vacation Rental Rates

Maximum number of people including children:  4 
Minimum stay:  3 nights (no exceptions)  
               Holidays - 4 night minimum 
 
Daily Rate:  $150/night   
 
Weekly Rate: $975/week   
 
Pet Fee:  $100 NON-refundable. 
 
Security Deposit:  $100 Refundable by mail after cleanup and  
inspection. (If you are paying a pet fee the security deposit is not  
required.) 
 
Payment required in advance.  We accept personal checks, cashier check, business check, or payment  
through Western Union. 
 
Fifteen day cancellation policy. 
 
Check-in time:  2 p.m.              Check-out time:  2 p.m.
