Lake Cottage near Nat'l Park and Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs

This lake front home has a beautiful view and easy access to Lake Hamilton. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, l bathroom, living room with flat screen HDTV and TV in Bed room - satellite w/HBO. Fully equipped kitchen
with full size refrigerator w/ icemaker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave,
coffeemaker, toaster. A washer and dryer are in the basement.
Central Heat & Air Conditioning. There is a large screened porch
with ceiling fan; and a deck with propane grill. Another flagstone
patio and deck are at the edge of the lake for your enjoyment.
Towels and linens are funished. Please bring your own beach towels
for use at the lake.    No Smoking.

Please note:  The lake is 3 feet deep at the shoreline; small children must be watched carefully.

Daily Rate: $175/night (3 night minimum)

Security Deposit: $100 Refundable by mail after cleanup and inspection.

Fifteen day cancellation policy.

Check-in time: 4 p.m.          Check-out time: 11 a.m.

Occasionally we may be able to accept a 2 night stay on Non-Holidays with an additional $70 cleaning fee.  Please inquire if you can only stay 2 nights.
