Very quiet and private setting. The lanei,(screened porch) overlooks

The condo is located within the gated community at PGA National.  
 
There are 2 large beds and a pull-out couch that all can sleep 2  
comfortable.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

PBI airport - 20 minutes away.  FLL airport - 45 minutes away. MIA  
airport - 1 1/2 hours away. 
 
PGA is very close to entertainment, dining, shopping, salons, movie  
theaters.  Less than a mile away are the convenient local - grocery,  
drugstore, fast food, restaurants, gas, cleaners. 
 
CONDO: 
 
Fully furnished - fully updated, new applicances. 
 
Large master bedroom with king size bed and a master bath.  
 
Guest room - 2 twin beds with full bath. 
 
Washer/Dryer. 
 
Many golf courses nearby, and four on the  
property. 
 

Activities and Attractions

A very short walk to the pool.   Ten minutes to the beach.  Bike  
paths on site.   
 
A welcome packet will be sent to you when you decide to stay at the  
condo: it tells you about some of the the attractions, shopping, and  
other activities.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are $3350 monthly, $1700.00 bi-weekly, $900.00 weekly  
in season from November 15th through April 15th. 
 
Out of season rates are $1700.00 monthly and $450/week.
