Welcome to pet friendly Swaying Pines Chalet, where you'll feel right at home the moment you arrive. The chalet is totally renovated and updated with a mountain theme throughout. This rental is turnkey.  You'll be pleasantly surprised at all the little extras and attention to detail. Even though we live in Michigan, we do our own maintenance every 10-12 weeks, so we make sure that things are in good condition and kept up.

The chalet is nearly 1200 square feet, has 2 queen size log beds each bedroom and a full size bed in the loft, plus a queen size air mattress w/ electric pump.

Swaying Pines Chalet is located right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge off the Parkway. You're 2.5 miles from the city limits ofeither town--only a 5 minute drive. There are no steep roads to climb, just a gentle 1/2 mile rise going up the mountain from the Parkway off Flat Branch Rd.

• $200 down payment due within 7 days of your reservation; balance due 30 days prior to your check in.
