You'll feel right at home the moment you arrive.  The cabin is totally renovated and updated with a mountain theme throughout.  You'll be pleasantly surprised at all the little extras and attention to detail...flameless candles, rope lights around the deck, stereo speakers outside, hard anodized cookware, high quality commerical beds, and more! 

The cabin is 1,180 square feet and has 2 queen size log beds in each bedroom, a full size bed in the loft, plus a queen size air mattress w/ electric pump.  We also keep a Pack-N-Play in the closet for our youngest guests.

Swaying Pines is located right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge off the Parkway. You're 2.5 miles from the city limits of either town--only a 5 minute drive. There are no steep roads, just a gentle 1/2 mile climb going up the mountain from the Parkway.

• We're very pet friendly--larger breeds and multiple dogs welcome.  Non-refundable pet fee of $50/pet per stay.  Adult dogs only.  All pet stays must be approved in advance.
• $200 down payment due within 7 days of your reservation; balance due 30 days prior to your check in.  We appreciate payment by check, but welcome Visa/MC/Discover as well.
