Direct Gulf front condo on beautiful Sand Key (just south of Clearwater and minutes away from Pier 60). 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the sunset every night! The Living room/Dining room and both bedrooms open out onto an oversized balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, which is just a few feet away!

2 BR (1 king, 2 queens)and 2 BA (master has large garden tub with separate shower and double sinks). A fully equipped kitchen makes dining-in easy and a washer and dryer is also in the unit.

The owner was wonderful to work with and even had extra tennis rackets and balls ready for us to us. Condo was clean and view from balcony was amazing!!! We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by in the early morning and late evening from our balcony. Tennis courts are on same level as the condo. Great access to pool and beach from this condo. We will definitely stay here again as access was easy to everything and owner has lots of info in condo and closet full of things to use on beach on balcony as well. Only issue we had was sliding doors in living room didn't quite close all the way so we had some mosquito issues. Kitchen appliances need updating but worked great for what we needed and owner has tons of dishes, pots n pans, etc. on hand. We used the Jolly Trolley and bought weekly passes to go to Pass-A-Grille, Treasure Island, John's Pass and Clearwater Beach. Make sure to go to John's Pass for lots of shopping and fun places to eat. We also visited the Bird Sanctuary,Rescue & Release Aquarium, Little Toot Dolphin Excursion, etc. Great strip mall within walking distance of condo with Italian food and Maggie Mae's breakfast diner! Best place to eat in Clearwater Beach is Crabby Bill's. Best deli sandwich in Maderia Island (John's Pass) is Johnny Pastrami. Quality t-shirts you put design on The Hide-Away in Clearwater Beach. Buy your groceries at Publix; can take Trolley to it in Clearwater Beach. You can find lots of shells walking up and down the private beach area on Sand Key. Security Guards are on duty 24/7 and is keyed entry to bldg. as well. Nice work out facility on 2nd floor with treadmills and weights. Again owner was GREAT to work with and we plan to stay here again!!!

Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

This condo is in a perfect, amazing location right on the beach. The views from the large balcony are amazing and will take your breath away

The condo itself could not be any better.

The owner is more than helpful and couldnt do anymore to make our stay any better

There is not one bad thing i can say about our stay

We are planning to go back again as soon as we can

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
