beautful oceanfront views can be enjoyed from both the master bedroom, den and spacious balcony. It  
is a premier unit at the resort. Sip a cocktail from your balcony while you overlook miles of beach  
view, two pools and the lazy river. If you need to work a little while you're vacationing, we have a  
secure high-speed wireless internet service that you can access from your balcony, den, master  
bedroom sitting area, or anywhere else in the unit. This unit has gorgeous views of the entire  
resort area and beach. You're high enough that you can see the world, but low enough that you can  
tell what you're looking at. Please check the calendar before inquiring about availability.

outdoor lazy river in N. Myrtle Beach, kiddie pools and 7 jacuzzis! From your unit, you can hear the  
ocean as you look out from your private balcony to see a magnificent direct view of the beach that  
is only steps away. When you step out onto your private balcony, you will see nothing but the white  
sand beach and pearl blue Atlantic Ocean! There are no angled views of other buildings or other  
balconies!! During your stay here you will have all the comforts of home including 3 TVs, VCR with a  
selection of video tapes available for your use, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect  
for a short/long-term stay. The unit is one of the few 2 BRs in Bay Watch with an oceanfront master  
bedroom. The unit was professionally decorated with additional personal touches from my family. In  
all, there is ample room to comfortably sleep a family of 7-8. At the resort, amenities include an

your covered parking. You can experience premier shopping, golf, and dining only minutes away from  
this property (Barefoot Landing is 1.5 miles South) or just relax and take in all that the resort

far away from the hustle and congestion of downtown Myrtle Beach. Closer to the calmer area of  
Cherry Grove, you are near everything yet with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for creating vacation  
memories. North Myrtle Beach has miles of pristine beaches, almost limitless golf with 120 courses  
within close proximity, boating, fishing, dining, and shopping. The world-famous Barefoot Landing  
shopping & dining destination is only 1.5 miles South, plus further dining options are available at  
Restaurant Row which is only 3 miles south of Bay Watch. For bargain hunters, there is an outlet  
shopping center and area mall just 3 miles south of the resort. Within walking distance  
of the resort are numerous souvenir shops, golf stores, and places to eat and we are sure you will  
make our unit at Bay Watch your vacation destination year after year.

YOU WILL ALWAYS FIND MY UNIT TO BE AN INCREDIBLE DEAL. 
 
Rates include 11% SC sales taxes and management company processing fee. Linens and departure  
maid service are always INCLUDED. Rates are negotiable especially within 1 week of travel - if you  
find a better deal, give me your last look. Also, I am more flexible in my pricing with those I  
speak to directly who I know are serious opportunities. For your best deal, give me a call. I WOULD  
PREFER THE UNIT TO BE THE PLACE FOR YOUR FABULOUS BEACH VACATION THAN TO SIT EMPTY!!! Prices subject  
to change without notice. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING JUNE, JULY and AUGUST (Saturday to Saturday).  
All other times per year a minimum of 3 nights are required. If you are planning a vacation in the  
next 10 days and the property is available, please call me to discuss last minute specials!
