Vacation Rental Description

A beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with caged electric heated 
pool in a lovely country setting in Northport an up and coming area 
close to Port Charlotte.

The house comprises of a living room/formal dining area. Separate 
family room with satelite TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a 
breakfast bar, refrigerator, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.   
Master bedroom has king size bed, en-suite walk in shower and twin 
vanity sinks, walk in closet and french doors that open onto the 
lanai.  Second bedroom has a queen size bed with large walk in 
closet.  Third bedroom and twin beds again with walk in closet.  
There is a separate laundry with washer, dryer and sink.  The large 
lanai has ample dining and lounging furniture.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Electric heated pool, air-conditioning, washer dryer, answerphone, 
cooker, microwave, toaster, tabletop grill, dishwasher, waste 
disposal,Satelite TV in family room and all bedrooms, DVD, CD 
player, All kitchen utensils. Telephone with answering machine, 
iron, ironing board, all bedlinen and towels provided. Wireless 
Internet Connection.

Vacation Rental Rates

$400 - $600 US dollars / £450 - £500 UK sterling per week
Pool heating and additional $80/£60 per week
30% reservation deposit
Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival.
Refundable $200/£150 deposit against inventory damage
Plus 11% Florida Tourist Tax
