Mid Season (Oct, Mar, Apr)- $300 per night/$1800 per week 
 
Off Season - $200 per night/1200 per week 
 
 
Rates are subject to change without notice until deposit is given 
Fees: 7% sales tax on rental price.  The deposit is $300 approved on  
credit card to hold property.  Rental balance plus $125 cleaning fee  
due by check 7 days before check in date.  If payment i252C the north end of lake lanier off 985.
