Cozy beach house, nestled in the woods. Sleeps up to eight guests.
Full service kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher and access to
many condiments and cooking supplies.

The living room has a wood burning stove and stereo with CD player.
The covered deck provides guests with a sheltered place to dine and
relax.

The two upstairs bedrooms both have queen beds. There is also a full
bath on the upper level.

The daylight lower level has an additional bedroom with bunk beds and
a second bathroom with shower.

The "Cedar" room is a spacious family area with TV, VCR and DVD
player. The double futon in the Cedar room provides additional
sleeping accommodations.

A washer and dryer is available to guests at no additional charge.
Guests at the "Pointe" enjoy a heated swimming pool (seasonal), hot
tub (seasonal), tennis courts and a club house with a library, pool
table and ping pong table.

There is free wireless internet access available in the cabin.

There are five miles of hiking trails and over three miles of private
beach with picnic facilities. The BBQ, sink, stove and fire place
make year-round picnicking at the beach very easy. Fires on the beach
are allowed in designated areas.

picnic areas.

$160 night plus $60 cleaning fee.
Three night minimum stay.
Low Season
October 1 - April 30
$120 night plus $60 cleaning fee
Two night minimum.

All rates are based on occupancy of four. For additional guests,
a charge of $10/per person, per night will be added.
Maximum occupancy is eight.

$100 deposit to secure reservation.
Deposit refunded when keys are returned.
Full amount due two weeks prior to check-in.

Cancellations two weeks prior to check-in for deposit refund.
Check in is 3 pm
Check out is 12 pm
