$500 security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the
reservation. The security deposit, less any damage charges, will be
refunded within 15 days after departure. The total balance of the
rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made
less than 30 days prior to arrival entire balance, including
security deposit is due immediately.
