Your condominium on the water is just a short step to the docks and
your 20ft pontoon boat. The complex is surrounded by water and
boadwalks. This first floor unit faces the pool and private boat
docks. Your unit has a spaciouis master bedroom with a walk-in
closet that is equipped with a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have
queen size beds as well as a queen pullout sofa in the living room.
The living room has a fire place (electric) with heater that sets
the right touch for a pleasant evening. A Florida room attached also
serves as a pleasant setting for reading or just enjoying the water.
Tv's are in the master bedroom (26"), living room (24") and (19") in
the Florida room. The unit has been recently updated. The phone
service includes local and long distance (direct dialing) within the
U.S. and Canada any time and high speed internet. This condo is one of 40 units some what secluded from the busy beaches and traffic and yet close to
shopping, restaurants and popular vacation beaches (Clearwater
beach) area. Lake Tarpon (fresh water lake) is noted for its fine
large mouth bass fishing, tubing, water sking or just relaxing.
