with balconies where you can watch Dolphins play in the water, 
pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves.  Go to sleep each 
night listening to the ocean surf. 

Fitness room, outdoor pool, sundeck, direct beach access, 
library/reading room, secure underground parking.  The condo is 
beautifully furnished with everything you need.

This is a non-smoking unit (balcony and common areas included)    No

The beach, which stretches gloriously for miles, is great for

and surfing and offers great fishing opportunities.

condo has all the modern furnishing, appliances and equipment 
necessary for a relaxing beach holiday. Our building is one of the 
most luxurious buildings on the beach.

Daytona Beach Shores, only 5 miles south of Daytona and 5 miles

of the picturesque Ponce Inlet lighthouse.  The area features

Regular Rates:

One Week		$1,200.00 (*)
Two Weeks		$1,600.00
Three Weeks		$2,200.00
Four Weeks		$2,850.00

(*)  We must keep 2nd week vacant to comply with condo’s rules.

Special Events Week/s:  Special Rates may apply

Rates for 2 months and up: 	please contact us for special rates.

Sales / tourist tax applies to all rentals (12.5 %)

Rates are subject to change based upon availability

In addition, there is cleaning fee of $100.00 plus 12 1/2% sales 
tax. 

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required to reserve the 
condominium.  

No one under the age of 25 is allowed to check-in without a parent.
 
Short Term Special Event Rates are sometimes higher.

$500.00 Deposit is needed to hold reservation (refunded if cancelled 
30 days prior to arrival). Deposit is refunded within 5 to 7 days 
after departure and provided there are no deductions for damages, 
etc.

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check out time is 12 Noon sharp on date of departure

Cancellation Policy: 30 Days minimum notice required. If notice is 
not received in writing, reservation deposit is forfeited.
