We are Ocean Front! Our home is located on the 4th floor with unobstructed spectacular 
views of the Atlantic Ocean, the expansive beach and the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Ocean views 
can be see from the dinning, living and master bedrooms. There 
are two pools and tennis courts located on site. The unit owner is a member of The Golf Club of 
Amelia Island which enables you to have access to the world class golf course next to the Ritz at 
discounted prices. The Ocean Place location and building are one of the best combinations on the 
Island. We are not one of those "30" year old properties with little appeal. Luxury and elegance 
play an important part of your total vacation experience and that is what you can expect when

Recently updated furniture throughout the unit with new carpeting 
will make you stay most enjoyable. Highspeed internet, DVD, VCR, 
Cable, and Stereo are right at your finger tips and all in full view 
of the Atlantic Ocean. The Unit boasts a brand new air-conditioning 
system. Ceiling fans are available in each room. The Kitchen is 
fully equipped. The Master bedroom as a new King Bed and has direct access 
to a furnished balcony.

The famous 5 star Ritz Carlton Hotel is only steps away from your home and 
offers a number of world class dinning opportunities. There is nightly entertainment at 
the Ritz. Dance, play at the new sports bar, are have a drink at one of many private sitting 
areas. If your looking for a more relaxing experience take a short drive to the  
historic town of Fernandina Beach. Here you can explore the town which boasts fine dinning, 
antique shops, romantic horse and carriage rides and more! There is access to a 
marina where boat tours or fishing expeditions can be arranged.
