This home is located on charming Main Street in Harbor Springs, MI.
480 Main is located in the center of historic Harbor Springs
residential Main street.
The layout of this home is expansive with the whole house sleeping*
12 comfortably. The Main street suite of the house sleeps* 4, while
the Bay Veiw portion can sleep* 8. The house can be rented as a
whole unit or as seperate villas to suit your needs. There are 4
full baths within the house and how ever you break up the rental
you will have at least one full bath, possibly two or more.
* counting only "true" beds not sleeper sofas. 480 Main can easily
accomodate more than 12.
***Please no pets & no smoking, the pet issue is a very serious
allergic reaction for one of the owner's children (life
threatening), please respect his health***

All units have:
washer and dryer, vcr, cable (basic),WIFI, linens, towels, full kitchens,
grill, plenty of dining/entertaining space, off street parking
activities and attractions in Harbor Springs Michigan
Where else can you find sailing, swimming, tennis, parks, beaches,
shops, restaurants and ice cream all within a 5 minute saunter down
main street?
Where else can you watch the "world" renown Harbor Springs 4th of
July parade from your front yard and then watch the fireworks from
your back porch?
Park the car because you will not need it unless you want to use it!
vacation rental rates
480 Main is available for seasonal, monthly, weekly, and weekend
rentals.
Weekly rates(Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday):
The entire house, sleeping 12*, is available for $2200 a week.
The Main street unit of the house, sleeping 4*, is available for
$1425 a week.
The Bay Side portion of the house, sleeping 8*, is available for
$2050 a week.
Weekend rates (Friday & Saturday night):
The entire house is available for $800 with additional nights $315
The Bay Side portion of the home is available for $595 with
additional nights $200
The Main Street unit of the home is available for $345 with
additional nights $175
Extended stay or long term rental agreements will be accomodated.
Reservations will be held for five (5) days and confirmed once the
down payment is received to hold your reservation. The down payment
is 1/2 of the rent due for your vacation and if received with in the
five (5) days your spot will be secured. If the deposit is not
received prior to the five (5) days your reservation can be booked
by someone else.
A refundable $250 damage deposit is required in addition to the
rental fee. The damage deposit will be returned to the renter
within three weeks (more than likely sooner) of their stay. As soon
as the home can be inspected for damage and or loss of items the
damage deposit will be settled.
The cleaning fees are as follows:
$250 for the whole house
$200 for the bayside portion
$170 for the mainstreet portion
If the home has been reserved and the party cancels, the deposit
will be returned if the cancellation is made four months in advance
of their reservation date. A cancellation with in four months will
result in the deposit being held until the property is rented at
which time a full refund will be available to the party in question.
